Where is the service taking place?

The service is taking place in the Grand Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago.

Where do we park?

The hotel's parking is first come first serve. The church has arranged a discounted parking rate of $20.00

 

There will be validations boxes located near the Grand Ballroom for those who park in the hotel's parking lot to get the discounted $20.00 parking.

 

For those using the hotel's parking, drive on Bryn Mawr Ave, past the front entrance of the hotel, and then turn left towards the parking lot/structure.  Upon entering parking, collect a ticket at the automatic gate. Bring that ticket to the validation boxes located by Grand Ballroom to get the discounted $20.00 rate.  Parking can be paid at the pay stations located by the front entrance of the hotel or by the walkway to the parking garage on the Lobby Level.

Can people be dropped off at the entrance of the hotel?

Yes, members can be dropped off at the main entrance of the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, follow the signage to the left that will lead to the Grand Ballroom.

 

Will coat racks be available?

Coat racks will be placed outside the entrance of the Grand Ballroom. However, the coat racks will not be monitored before, during, or after service.

 

Do I need a ticket or my confirmation email from registration in order to enter the service?

No, a ticket or confirmation email is not needed to enter the service. There is no need to physically print anything to prove registration. While tickets are not required, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to register as it has helped us more accurately plan for this momentous service.


What time does service start?

Worship begins at 10:00am and the opening hymn begins at 10:30am.

 

What time do the doors open?

Doors to the Grand Ballroom will open at 9:30am.

 

Will hearing-assist devices be available for those who are hard of hearing?

Yes, hearing-assist devices will be available near the back of the ballroom.

 

Will gluten free Holy Communion be available?

Yes, gluten-free Holy Communion will be available on the far right and far left sides of the ballroom. If members need gluten-free Holy Communion, please sit closer to either side of the ballroom.

 

Will a room for parents to sit with their children be available?

Yes, a room for parents and children will be available with a screen to watch the service. This room has a capacity of 100 people. Holy Communion will be served in this room. Please follow the signage and/or ask an usher upon arriving to be directed to the room for parents and children.
